Along with the move to our new location, we’ve created new branding logos, and are excited to announce our newly designed websites for jflong.com and algodoncenter.com. Our website’s fresh new look, user-friendly navigation and search functionality are some of the features you will enjoy. The new site has several easy to use drop down menus with updated information. Massive West Valley Development to Launch

Two Phoenix-area developers, John F. Long Properties and the Alter Group, are planning a massive mixed-use commercial development in the West Valley that will span Phoenix, Avondale and Glendale. The project is made up of three separate parcels totaling 1,500 acres and likely will take decades to complete, the developers said. Valley development pioneer John F. Long dies at 87

Feb 29, 2008, 2:28pm MST Jan Buchholz Phoenix Business Journal One of the foremost personalities and developers of modern Phoenix has died. John F. Long, the founder of J.F. Long Properties and the creator of the master-planned Maryvale neighbhorhood in west Phoenix, died shortly after midnight Friday. He was 87. Long had been in good health up until the past year.
